3 Cheers for the Early Years respects each individual&339;s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our application only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at 3 Cheers for the Early Years eCard Application.
Part 1. Information Collection
3 Cheers for the Early Years collects information through our Application during the process of sending an eCard. The information collected during this process includes the names and email address of the sender, and their chosen recipients.
3 Cheers for the Early Years does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We also reserve the right to collect general data that is not personally identifiable information. This information includes a user's IP address, browser and system configuration, geographic location. We collect this information to better optimize the site for our users, and for statistical purposes.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable 3 Cheers for the Early Years to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies will expire one year from the date created. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information, for the purpose of pre–filling your information when sending future eCards.
Part 2. Information Usage
The information collected by 3 CHEERS FOR THE EARLY YEARS will be used for internal tracking of application useage, and for personalizing eCards sent through our application. Users who provide information will receive a customized eCard.
We will not supplement information collected at our Application with data from other sources.
We will not share personal information collected by our users with any third parties.
We offer links to other Applications. Please note: When you click on links to other Applications, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours, and your information will be governed by their policies while on their application.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will post the latest date of modification at the top of this webpage.
